Stop Congress from Preempting State Pesticide Laws

The Mass Pollinator Network called to our attention the urgent need to prevent Congress from taking steps to preempt state and local pesticides laws and ordinances. To see what is at risk in your community please check out EWG’s article to learn more, and the interactive map depicting elementary schools near crop fields.

To take action, please review the “‘Bills to Block” and the letter for state and local officials below. Remember, if something is toxic to our pollinators and wildlife it is also toxic to us, and if it is toxic to us it is also toxic to our pollinators and wildlife!
